General terms and conditions
Contractual information about Weby Design services. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
Last updated: 20 October 2026
Services and scope
Services may include websites, applications, branding, automation and AI solutions. The final quote specifies deliverables, project limits, subscriptions if any, pricing and special terms.
Configurator, quotation and audit
Online estimates are indicative and show VAT-inclusive prices for the relevant audience. The team reviews and approves a final quotation. A video consultation takes place before signing. The contract is concluded under the terms supplied with the accepted final quote.
Signature and payment
Following electronic signature, a 40% deposit is requested before work starts. The remaining 60% is payable on delivery according to the quote and mandatory law. Weby Design does not store complete payment-card details.
Delivery, client input and changes
Delivery is targeted within 30 days after quote approval, receipt of the deposit and required materials (content, visuals and access). Missing client material may affect the schedule. Out-of-scope work requires a separately agreed estimate.
Consumer withdrawal rights
Consumers concluding a distance contract for services generally have 14 calendar days from conclusion to withdraw, subject to statutory exceptions. They can notify their decision clearly by email or post, without giving a reason. Payments and refunds follow the applicable statutory rules.
Starting services during the withdrawal period
If the consumer expressly requests performance before the withdrawal period ends, withdrawing may involve a proportionate charge for services actually supplied, where permitted by law. Loss of the right following full performance requires the statutory express requests and acknowledgements; paying a deposit alone does not remove the right.
Maintenance, deliverable rights and liability
Ongoing maintenance and hosting are included only if specified in the quote. Intellectual-property and usage rights in deliverables are governed by the agreement. Mandatory statutory liabilities and guarantees remain applicable.
Complaints and applicable law
Belgian law governs the services, without prejudice to mandatory consumer safeguards. Send complaints to our contact address. If a consumer dispute remains unresolved, the Consumer Mediation Service may be contacted where it has jurisdiction; judicial remedies remain available.
